CLAUSE 2- SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product with the qualities and sales price specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the {COMPANYNAME} website owned by the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

CLAUSE 4- GENERAL TERMS
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic qualifications of the product, sales price, and payment method, as well as the preliminary information about delivery on the didemgokce.com website, and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
4.2- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period.
4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of delivery by the person/organization to whom the delivery will be made.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, and in compliance with the specified qualifications in the order.
4.5- The delivery of the product is subject to the signed copy of this agreement reaching the SELLER and the payment of the price by the BUYER through the payment method preferred by the BUYER. In the event that the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to have been relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- In the event that the buyer's credit card, which belongs to the buyer, is used unauthorizedly by unauthorized persons for reasons not caused by the buyer after the delivery of the product, the buyer is obliged to send the product to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that the product has been delivered to the buyer. In this case, shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

CLAUSE 5- DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
In case of default by the BUYER in transactions made with the credit card, the cardholder bank may apply interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the BANK and the cardholder. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; the BUYER will be liable to the bank for the expenses and the attorney's fee incurred. In any case, the BUYER will be responsible for the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt by the BUYER.

CLAUSE 6- EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that in case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the official books and commercial records of the SELLER, electronic information, and computer records kept in its database and servers will constitute conclusive, binding, and exclusive evidence, and this clause is deemed to be a evidence agreement within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

CLAUSE 7- AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts, announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, are authorized for the values declared.
By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
